Torino, Italy (July 18, 2010) –The Italian Eva Lechner leader of team Colnagao CAP Arreghini sponsored by the famous tire manufacturer KENDA, dominated the Italian Championship Elite women’s Cross Country, held today at the hilly layout of Torre Canavase in Torino, the race circuit long 7.5Km was to be repeated four times by the competitors. Not only, but, again Eva Lechner has proven to be the strongest at the national level and especially, have no contenders capable to fight. In fact Eva Lechner imposed her victory attacking through out the race, and inflicting a heavy lead to the field, the second place Elena Giacomuzzi finished with 6 minutes after and third place Evelyn Staffler finished 7 minutes and 14 seconds behind.
And while Eva Lechner graduate Italian Champion for the second consecutive year, her teammate Nathalie Shneitter won a place of honor at today race Swiss Championship Elite Women’s held in Greanichen-Canton Argovia won by Esther Suss.
